timeline: 1 to 2 months

  • Organizing and unpacking

  • Picking out furniture and decor

  • Accepting deliveries and doing returns

  • Reporting on progress to owners

  • Keeping the log of purchased and returned items

  • Full deep cleaning (including inside and outside, to prepare for photos and first guest’s arrival, all laundry (all towels, sheets, blankets, making all beds)

  • Installation of smart locks, regular locks for owner & cleaners closets

  • Cameras Installation and setup and TVs setup

  • Pro photos and listing

  • Unlimited hours, gas, miles for the 4-6 people working on the project.

handy-man services:

  • Furniture assembly, pictures hanging, curtain rod hanging, tv mount installation, blinds installation, repairs, painting + any additional home repairs that come up, and trash removal.

TOTAL: $35,000

This is based on a single family home up to 2,000 square feet (up to 3 bedrooms, additional bedroom/space will be extra)

  • Finishing the property / getting to the listing condition

  • Inspection (plumbing, electrical, AC master inspections)

  • Trash removal must be available

  • All services and utilities must be set up

  • Buy any missing items and supplies
